As security guard makes his rounds, could he record burned out lights in halls and garage, and report to maintenance? Burned out hall lights have remained that way for 2-3 weeks, and then I report them and they are changed. When we first moved in security would do this and it helped!
When spills/trash/vomit/fecies occur in hallways and garage it takes too long to clean up. Sometimes more than a week.
Better maintenance on the gym equipment, specifically the televisions on the machines. Also, the large televisions in both rooms never work properly. The remotes that are needed to change channels on those televisions are always locked in the closet, which effectively makes the large TVs totally useless. Also the paper towels need to be restocked more frequently and all of the equipment in both rooms needs to be cleaned more frequently (at least once daily by staff/maintenance crew).
The main hallways need to be cleaned regularly. There are stains on the concrete from this summer from trash and dog feces that have never been touched.
I have sent emails (as has my husband) repeatedly asking when the TVs in the gym will be fixed. Currently, only a few tredmills and one bike has a working TV attached. All the ellipticals and the other bike's TVs do not work. It has been months. It is only important to me because I am often not home but like working out every day. It's a bummer.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
