Staff very friendly and willing to listen to requests.
As I am disabled Coach House worked with me to make sure I was able to get an apartment and parking that met my needs.
When calling in for maintenance related issues someone has always been there the next day to address and fix the issue.
I've lived here over 10 years. The Management staff is by far the best yet ! They are considerate and helpful above and beyond! You can tell they really care!
I appreciate maintenance responding quickly when needed. My apartment is just the right size and I love my patio and being able to plant flowers and herbs in the summer !

Very quiet. Great "extras" like the workout room, movie room, pool, etc. Everyone I dealt with in the office was very courteous and helpful.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
