I have had very few issues with the apartment complex itself or the staff and have overall been very pleased while living there.

The cell phone reception in my apartment is poor at best and there is a lack of natural lighting. However, the front office is actually really competent, the amenities are nice and well kept, the bus service is great and the maintenance is fast and reliable.

The Den is not bad, but it is definitely NOT excellent. I even debated between the rating of average and good. I chose good though because there have been instances where a number of management team members have gone out of their way to help me with varying situations. I also debated giving them an average rating because of certain things about the apartment complex that aren't so great such as some material/furniture quality and price.

Costs too much for how little we use the amenities. Things like the printer totally unreliable. Great shuttles but need more space so nobody has to stand. People leave their trash and throw eggs at the walls.

Lots of amenities and I like the shuttle schedule and ease of getting to and from campus. The staff is friendly and for the most part helpful. I think my apartment (D-2) has plenty of adequate spacing and I like the layout. Any concerns we have had with out apartment have been addressed, including maintenance issues. I really enjoy the fire pits and the free printing in the computer center, although I often have problems with the printer. I like the special event that are held at the clubhouse.
