5 Reviews for Four Winds Villages
apartment is quite and healthy, the landscape is beautiful, services on time, the monthly payment is fair...
The actual construction of the buildings is lacking. Poorly insulated means uneven heating and cooling with unnessarily high energy bills. On top of that, they won't put the money forward for programmable thermostats. Constantly have things breaking down. Had the ac unit entirely replaced and light bulbs burn out every few months from bad wiring. However they are kept clean and tidy and they are quiet inside. Never hear neighbors through the walls.
I have lived there for several years (4-5). The management I signed my original lease with was very helpful and my experience during that time would have been rated as good, or possibly excellent. However, management changed at some point and it was a problem. They were not helpful, not friendly, the tone of the letters distributed to residents was somewhat threatening. I was supposed to receive free carpet cleaning two years in a row, and they never got back with me to schedule it.
Weird fines (fifty bucks) for things like having a bike outside. It was listed as an other violation on my ticket. What does that mean??
It takes too long to fix repairs. For example, I have had a leaking room for a couple of years. Even simple things like the dryer or clocked toilet take multiple days. It NEVER used to be like this. New staff do not have enough time and resources to help residents. Side note: there is poor communication between residents and staff.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
