Well designed apartment. Great use of space. Excellent amenities: Fireplace, washer-dryer, ice-maker in freezer, additional heat feature available in bathroom. Eat-in kitchen (using small dinette table). Quiet environment (no traffic noise, while being convenient to Interstate 64).
The first thing that attracted me to Chesterfield Village was the mature trees and landscaping with nice areas to walk my dog. It's close to shopping with convenient access to 64/40. It's quiet and the residents are friendly. I like having the storage room off my balcony and extra storage in the building.
Chesterfield Village is by far THE BEST complex I've ever lived in! The landscaping, management, leasing staff and maintenance workers are outstanding! It is a peaceful and friendly community. My one bedroom apartment is spacious and comfortable. I love my home! I highly recommend Chesterfield Village to be anyone's future home.
The entire development is kept very clean and repaired. If I have a problem, a call to the office takes care of it before I get home from work. The management is considerate of your stuation and always very helpfull. I like the flowers in the spring and summer, and enjoy the parties.
Friendly , caring staff in the leasing office. The maintenance staff is prompt, courteous, an d very effient. The grounds are clean and attractive. Very happy there.
