I've been happy at Richardson Place Apartments. It feels like a community rather than just a place to live. There are plenty of resident events which allows you to get to know your neighbors. I would have rated it excellent if the dog park which has been promised for over a year would be built. It is now supposedly scheduled for next spring.
Everything is pretty good. The only reason I do not give an excellent rating is due to the issues between the office and online payments. Sometimes, even though we setup scheduled online paying for the 1st of the month, payments are viewed as late and we get messages about late payments. Also, it would be nice if the online rentpayment would tell you how much you owe. Just recently it has been leaving out the rental cost of washer/dryer and I was given a late payment note about it.
The office staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and willing to go out of their way to help in any way that they can. The maintenence providers go above and beyond to make sure my maintenance requests are completed quickly and efficiently. Great customer servcie! The only draw back to this apartment is the fact that smoking is allowed at this facility. Despite the cleanliness of the apartment when we moved in, the smell of smoke in the walls is almost unbearable.

Staff are nice and very helpful. Maintenance is trust-worthy and quick to respond. I-55 is close and not alot of noise is generated from the interstate. The train can be loud at night. Too many barking dogs in and around the complex. I have a low tolerance for cigarette smoke and almost always smell it outside. My ceiling has bulging spots and paint chips easily. Ceiling/walls seem thin; always hear talking,footsteps and creaking floors. Nice place to stay but doesn't feel like a home.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
