The Park At Moss Creek
The Park at Moss Creek offers a great residential environment and excellent services for our residents. We offer one, two and three bedroom garden style apartments. We also offer spacious townhouses that feature walk-in closets, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, fireplace and washer & dryer connection. We are convenient to major transportation routes, downtown, Parham Bridges Park and North Park Mall.

It's the average apartment complex. They strive for excellence but they aren't at it.
I rated them to be average because they try hard. Begining under staff; it takes time.
Failure to respond to Apartment issues in a timely manner. Failure to fix maintenance problems in a timely fashion. Problems went on for days and weeks at a time before something was done. Problems or issues were only half completed, however, the real problem is still not complete, yet. Leaks or Roof damage from the roof, Air Condition leaks from the pipe lines to the AC, or leaks coming from the Apartment overhead.
The location is great, just has too much traffic coming through the Gates & cars driving extremely too fast. Parking is ridiculous. Maintenance needs to do a better job, they don't handle calls or messages too well. The water is extremely to hard it needs to be looked at. Other than that, the apartment itself is wonderful, spacious, & very decent.
The location is great, grounds keeping is good, rental rates are reasonable. Response to residents concerning repairs is poor.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
