Oakwood Estates Apartments are a nice and quiet area southwest of Highway 82. Remodeled apartments and a staff always ready to help you. We are a pet friendly community, deposit required and breed restrictions. Just minutes to all main malls and also downtown Greenville, Trop Casino and Lake Ferguson. Warfield Point Park west on Highway 82 has a nice playground for children as it overlooks The Mighty Mississippi River.
Short term lease of six months will be charged $100.00 per month over the regular rent amount. Twelve month leases will be at regular rent amounts.

This area has been an excellent location for me to travel to any nearest store, outlet, or mall that's less than 15 minutes away. The area also hasn't been a crime-stricken problem for me so it's safe to say that this area is peaceful. The noise level isn't really an issue to complain about either.
I love my space . It is very nice
Oakwood does not offer any updating or improvements to the apartments for long-term residents. (i.e, periodic carpet cleaning or a coat of paint, or new fixtures) Rent pay structure is too strict and not flexible at all for persons with bi-weekly income. There is no recreation area for residents or guests. (i.e. playground equipment, pool, basketball, picnic area, etc) The square footage is ample and spacious, but is on a very low(economical) scale.
The standards of living needs to be raised. The conditions of the apartments needs to be improved for what we are paying. The washer and dryers are not efficient.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
From the Mississippi River Bridge, up Hwy 82 then right on Reed Road at the Welcome Center, turn right and then take the 1st right on Trailwood. Once you pass the row of office buildings it will curve onto Oakwood Dr. We are on the right just past Posecal's Restaurant.
