I love the downtown location. I am in a studio with 2 large closets and 2 large windows. I love that the floors are original. This gives my unit a unique feel. I like the fitness center and the community room, especially the fireplace now that winter is here. I like the convenience of the parking ramp attached to the building. Noise barriers in my building are great. Love having W/D in the unit. I also love the monthly socials. Residents are very friendly.

Although there is still construction going on I really appreciate how friendly and quiet everyone is. I love the resident socials and how much effort is put into them by both the management and the residents.
