The office staff is fantastic. They remember our names, are ALWAYS friendly and willing to help. I've never lived in an apartment with office staff this great.
It is a great place to live if you live by yourself or with friend/family. There is a park right beside the complex also 4 parks & a beach within a 5 minute walk from the complex.
Haven't had any problems so far, and the people who work at the office are very courteous

I absolutely love the fact that when something needs fixing, all I have to do is call the maintenance line and put in a request. I did try the route of having a home; however, it seems that when things needed fixing my husband and I either didn't have the money or didn't have the time to deal with it. it is a very quiet community and it feels very safe to me. Because of that, it is very comforting to me when my kids are home alone.
