We have lived here for 3+ years, and have always been pleased with all aspects of Southview Gables. office staff is always helpful and accessible, maintenance is always prompt and efficient, and the grounds and apartments are great. Only negative is the lack of carts in garage/tenants not replacing them, the trash room/shoot in my building (4895) is always jammed, and if I am not mistaken the drive is a one-way drive and people are always going the wrong way.

the apartment space is excellent, and I love the indoor garage parking and storage cabinets. The in house washer and dryer are awesome as is the extra storage space.

It is a nice living community and the staff are open to resident feedback and quick to respond. The road way to the parking lots is always over parked and ends up being what should amount to as a one way.
