the apt I rent is great, the neighbours are quiet and I feel safe walking to my car no matter the time of day. The on site mgr and maintenance staff are always very accommodating and when I do request an issue or repair, I get swift answers and action!

The apartments are nice, newly renovated with a contemporary theme. Buildings are quite yet noise from units above can be very loud, you can hear footsteps, water running and conversations at times.

Second Street Station has made some great renovations. The apartments are great. The parking is horrid and the towing company they hire are no better than mob enforcers. Make one mistake and it will cost you 300 dollars to retrieve your car and Second Street Station has no sympathy, no matter the situation. Also, no guest passes? So good luck having any of your friends come over passed 11 pm if you haven't made a special trip to the manager to get a guest pass for them.
