Other than some disrespectful tenants who find it necessary to deface things such as bulletin boards & the elevator, things were great. Only had 1 neighbor above me I had to call on. Elevators were an issue. After being down for months even now 1 or the other has had issues. I love my view. Love the new doorwall. The grounds are kept up. Love the dog parks. Maintenance was great at getting things done with good timing.
The apartment layout I have is perfect, I have a great view of the lake, and the complex is very well managed and maintained. In the time I've lived here, I've gotten new appliances, new counter tops, new windows, and more. The staff is friendly, they get to know the residents, and they genuinely care about making this an incredible place to call home.
The community is wonderful and most concerns are addressed immediately. Maintenance is responsive and polite. We have never had an issue with a neighbor or the staff. We are satisfied tenants!
Lakeshore is a great place to call home. It is more than an apartment complex, it is a community. The staff are always kind and helpful. There are plenty of activities to be part of. Lakeshore is a place that consistently thinks outside of the box in terms of resident needs and what residents would like to have in their communities.
The property is clean and well maintained and they work hard to create a community feel by offering lots of activities and events suitable for all residents from students to families.
