This is the first place where I was treated as a valuable tenet from the start. When I could not figure out how to lock my front windows the people in the front office sent maintenance right over and they showed me how to lock my windows.
Rental and maintenance staff friendly and professional
Overall, this is a great place to live. Maintenence is great and whenever I've had an issue it has been taken care of quickly. My only two issues are these: we need better laundry facilities. It can be dark at times and the sink always fills up with water and it has never been addressed. Also, rent is a little high. I would love to move to a 2 bedroom or even a townhouse but the price is just a little too steep for what you get.
Raising rental rates by $70 without more than a 30 day notice; having to call to request the public hallway cleaned ( bugs and spider webs, trash); odors from other apartments especially cigarette smoke.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
