The Windows are so and outdated that I might as well not have any at all. I can't run my air conditioner because my energy bill goes up from $40 a month to $120 a month and it's not worth it because the air conditioner is so old it doesn't even cool down my apartment and is extremely loud. The Windows just let the hot air seep in and what cool air the air conditioner does put out doesn't even cool down the living room where the unit is. When it rains dirty water splashes on my blinds.
