Nice ranch apartments ... no neighbors above or below you. Cute little private fenced-in patio area. Quiet, with decent neighbors. Convenient location. Impeccable management and maintenance. Actually, this is my second time living at Cedargate. I moved out for three years because I needed more living space, and rented a home. When my living situation changed and I knew I was going to have to move out of the home, my first thought was to move back to Cedargate. Completely satisfied!!!
Management is great. They are always on top of maintenance concerns. This community is very quiet and the residents either keep to themselves, or they are very friendly.
Love this appartment, I have my own private entrance,my own patio and garden space and most of all no appartments above me. It feels like my own house,without the upkeep.
My experience is that management is quick acting to the needs of residents and try to be accommodate their needs. We are close to Dr and shopping. Management seems to be doing a good job with vendors keeping up lawn, leaf removal, snow in the winter and shoveling of walk ways. I like to coin the phrase as A GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME.
Everyone is very nice and lookout for one another.
