They are clean nice and service is great
I wish we had an exercise facility at the complex. Also, the price does not seem to quite match the value.
Nice quiet and peaceful community
I have been living here in this complex for 7 years and the company does not understand CUSTOMER satisfaction. I can't get my carpet clean yearly lease renewal. that is helping the company out less replacement after a tenant leave and keeping the units looking nice. I pay good money to live here and I would like my tile replace in my bathroom, its peeling up. I would like my tub replace, its so hard to clean I don't even want to take a bath just a shower. the units need updating. new appliance .
The apartments are spacious and having a washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus. Neighbors are nice and considerate. Unfortunately every summer there is an ant infestation! The office staff is unfriendly and maintenance is slow.
