This is only my second apartment, but in the 5 months that I have been here there have not been any problems whatsoever. The ladies in the office are incredible, and recognize me every time I walk in. The apartment itself is so spacious for a one bedroom; it's the perfect size for my boyfriend and myself. Also, I never hear any noise from my neighbors when I am in my apartment, which I LOVE. And the location is central to SO many places! I definitely plan to stick around for a while.

I enjoyed my stay at Mapletree. The apartments are quite & always clean. No problems with staff or neighbors. I always had a place to park. The landscaping was always kept up. The maintence people was always on time. I had very to little no problems.

The Leasing office is warm and inviting. The apartments are spacious but in my building there are some cosmetic and possibly structural repairs needed. The community looks great from the outside of the building but once inside you get a dorm feeling. I really don't have confidence in the locks to my apartment door.

Work could be done on all entrance ways of each building (inside and outside). Large bump entering complex could be fixed. First stop sign when entering complex could maybe be changed to a yield sign. Neon flags and fake balloons look trashy, and take away from the nice work that was done on the entrance.

Square footage and floor plan are great. Parking is ok. Location is peaceful quiet and clean, neighbors are friendly. Pool is on the smaller end n only 2 people per apartment are allowed, so if you have more than one child or a group this is a major inconvenience.
