The managers that have been a part of my 14 year history here have all been helpful, responsive to my repair needs if necessary. The maintenance of the property is also very good. And we are encouraged to meet our neighbors through the activities offered by management.
Apartments in good shape. Maintenance requests responded to promptly. Front office support always helpful and kind. Snow and ice addressed early in the morning. Good parking situation with covered reserved spots and lots of room for guests to park nearby.
We love how it looks like we are out in the country .The apartment complex is neat and clean .We love our apartment and the price and we definitely like the pool
I have had two mainrenance problems in theyear that I have lived here and both were addressed to my immediate satisfaction.One had to do with an after hours lack of hot water. I left a message on the office number, and received a response almost immediately from a gentleman, who was in a neighboring area and who appeared within 15 minutes to restore the hot water. Another incident involved what I thought to be water leaking. It came from an upstairs water heater which was replaced immediately.
The customer service in the office is excellent! My apartment looks just like the model shown(LOVE IT!!!!) Mike in the leasing office is the best. Maintenance is prompt and friendly. Overall, it's really nice living here
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
