The office staff is great, they are very friendly and respond very quickly to any requests. I've lived here for 5 years and for the first 2 years the snow removal was excellent. The snow removal during the last 3 years has has been spotty, where it may take days before the parking spaces are plowed, where if you come home later in the evening it can be very hard to find a parking spot near your apartment.
We will work toward improving our snow removal process. Please remember to move your vehicle to a cleared spot when the snow plows are on the property so that they can plow all of the parking spaces as quickly as possible. Thank you for expressing your concerns.
Everything is so neat and clean and up-to-date. The people at the front office are always so pleasant and helpful! Location is perfect- peaceful and beautiful and yet still close to everything needed.

I have lived here for nearly 15 years and found the process from application to move-in to renewal to be very easy.

The apartment is great, but the staff is hit or miss when you have an issue that needs to be resolved. My neighbor's are usually very considerate.

Pet policies are extremely and unnecessarily strict, maintenance is all but incompetent and the complex offers very few recreational amenities. However, the location is great, rent is cheap and the included heat is very nice.
