I have been very happy with the office and maintenance staff. They have been very friendly and helpful. My only real complaint is that the monthly rates are quite high compared to nicer, newer Edward Rose apartments friends of mine have lived in.
Thank you for your positive comments. Although we recently implemented a rental increase, we were able to refrain from increasing rates during the poor economy and continue to provide comparable rates based on our location and competition. Additionally, we pay for gas, heat and trash removal.
I have generally liked living here, although I feel there are a lot more issues needing maintenance in my apartment here than in other communities I have lived in, particularly in the bathroom.

Good location, decent value for the money, and the staff are great. Maintenance appear to be over worked and under paid. I think they changed companies for mowing and this one does a poor job. Also lots of areas just dirt. No grass, just dirt. Looks bad. Same with the parking lot. Paved every couple years, and falls apart quickly. You need to pay more and get higher quality materials that will last. Over all, needs some TLC, the staff are great, neighbors nice, and it's affordable.
We recently added maintenance staff, so I hope that you will notice an improvement in our response time to any maintenance needs. Additionally, we acknowledge the need for top soil and grass and are making plans for improvements with our lawn and lawn maintenance next Spring. We continue to offer the best value in the Lake Orion school district. Thank you for the feedback.
