We are overall happy living here. The office staff (specially the manager) has been very nice and cooperative with us. The only thing is Neighbors often throw trash around our apartment (front porch and entrance) which is unacceptable. We have brought this situation to the main office who is supposedly looking into this.

Office staff is very personable and professional. Maintenance issues are addressed in timely manner. Only complaint is parking, first-come, first-serve, and having to pay for the covered spots. I work off-shift and coming home at night and having to park a building or so away and walk during winter, in the dark, was not safe or convenient. Choose to pay for covered parking spot for safety and convenience.
Lack of enough carports
Thank you for the comment. We are always open to suggestions that would improve our community. We will be sure to pass this along as carports are a great amenity, especially during winter. Be sure to contact the office to check availability since it is always changing.
Water there is like much of Novi, nasty well water that takes forever to wash soap off. On top of it, the water is periodically a deep, rusty red. The water alone is enough to make me glad to be gone. Although, I admit, it is usually drinkable.

They do a good job with heating and other things that needed fixed.
