Office staff is very personable and professional. Maintenance issues are addressed in timely manner. Only complaint is parking, first-come, first-serve, and having to pay for the covered spots. I work off-shift and coming home at night and having to park a building or so away and walk during winter, in the dark, was not safe or convenient. Choose to pay for covered parking spot for safety and convenience.
Simply a beautiful community with the best customer service, both office and maintenance.
We are overall happy living here. The office staff (specially the manager) has been very nice and cooperative with us. The only thing is Neighbors often throw trash around our apartment (front porch and entrance) which is unacceptable. We have brought this situation to the main office who is supposedly looking into this.
Lack of enough carports
They do a good job with heating and other things that needed fixed.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
