After living in our home for 40 years plus, we had to downsize to a smaller place with less annual costs of living and maintenance. We researched over seventy (70) different locations by visitation, internet evaluations and phone contact. Northport was the one that provided the most comfort whether by site location or satisfying simple concerns on our part about moving from our home to another place to live.

All of the staff from the office to the groundskeepers are very helpful and friendly. Any time I have had a problem or needed help with something I have always gotten a quick response.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
