Because of overall excellence!
This apartment community is clean and well-cared-for. Office staff always available by phone or walk-in, they smile and are happy to answer my questions or respond to my concerns. Maintenance people make house calls the same day I ask. We don't have problems with neighbors who are excessively loud, no cars racing around. They respond quickly for plumbing problems, carpentry repairs, and ants inside my window. All these problems are common for home owners and apartment dwellers alike.
The staff was friendly and the community was great.
Overall a really Nice place.. Garage pricing is expensive and also Dish TV prices keeps going up always.. need to have more options of internet providers..
I love the quiet and friendly atmosphere.
