Helpful and friendly office staff, location is generally well-maintained. The only complaint I have is the large pot-hole leading into the parking lot for building 494 and neighboring townhouses.
Nice apartments I feel safe here close to shopping and downtown
Town Commons was a convenient, quiet place to live while our home was being built. It was close to shopping/restaurants. It was a challenge for a family of 4 to live in the two bedroom apartment with no coat closet or linen closet for storage. Covered parking of some sort would have been greatly appreciated after the winter we had, and few amenities would have been great for the kids - pool or playground. We haven't received our referral bonus of $100 for your new tenant Morgan Hooks.
I wish you had more luxury amenities like covered parking, clubhouse, pool. My rent went up over $100 and nothing new here. The parking lot is falling apart. Nothing has been done to fix it.
The apartment homes are nice but the parking can be difficult at times. The apartment condition at move-in could have been cleaner. The washer/dryer had not been cleaned and the washer needed to be repaired.
