They are friendly, answered all my questions
I have not had the best experience with the maintenance team and it took me one month and myself personally going to the post office to get my mail key.
You get an average value for the average rent payment. The units are clean but very dated and I don't think the appliances have been replaced since the complex was first built! On a positive note, my maintenance requests are usually addressed on the same day that I make them, even when they're low priority.
Apartment was not cleaned. I had to clean out the bathtub, stove and toilet. New tile but carpet stained and didn't looked carpet cleaned before my move in.
Unit had paint overspray on every window, floor and countertop. The HVAC system leaks so bad the maintenance rigged up a vent on the air supply plumbing to suck in all the hot air released in the basement, with this closed off the house would be cold and the basement scorching hot; i took 30 minutes to seal the duct work and now system works as designed. Neighbors are racist, do your homework before moving in with children. Poor parking accommodations and unfriendly neighbors.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
