The rent was fair and the apartment was spacious and clean.
I have lived here with my son for 3 years now. I have nothing negative to say. Everyone that works here is very friendly and treats us like family (they even send us birthday cards). The grounds are kept up nicely and if theres ever a problem they respond quickly.
Maintence is poor. The lights are out in front and in the building on occasion. In my situation when I moved in my apartment my concret on the window was off and I was told it was gonna be fixed the following summer. I have now been here for four years. Also recently, my window broke and I was accused of doing it even thought it was broken when I moved in (or all foggy). And have been waiting for over a month for the window.
Ice was left to build up this winter, making walk ways useless.
The staff is nice and helpful. The walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING going on outside of your apartment. The parking lot needs some SERIOUS attention. There is one washer and one dryer for every 8 apartments, so it's impossible to do laundry anytime but overnight.
