We have lived in forever and have had consistent response for whatever we need for the apartment be it a maintenance request or a needed upgrade to our AGING apartment. There was only one crew that were almost intolerable several years ago, but they were gone in a few months.

I have lived here for over 25 years and can say without a doubt that whenever there has been a maintenance problem it was taken care of immediately. My only concern is the aging of the apartment, the management have been generous in updating numerous features but I feel if I was looking for an apartment in this price range I would expect it to be a little more updated.
Thank you for your input, it is wonderful that we have many long term residents. All of the buildings will be painted this year and we are continuing with interior apartment updates. I understand how you feel about the market value (prices have changed dramatically just in the last 5 years), but am confident that our prices are on the low end for apartments in Farmington Hills with similar amenities. We hope you make Polo Club your home for years to come.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
