They take care of the grounds well and the staff is friendly and great to work with.
The lease office was very inviting. All material concerning the Apartment were displayed. I was able to take all materials home with me for viewing. The leasing office staff were knowledgable and inviting. The only negative (could be considered a positive in a way) was the apartment that I view was very nasty because the people had just moved out. This was the only apartment available to view. I was very please once I saw it again after deciding to take it. They did a great job preparing it for.
Some of residents are not courteous, congregating in hallways talking loudly, travelling back and forth between apartments with doors wide open as if they were in a private home and socializing for long periods of time and playing music loudly. I have had to call about this several times since I have been here.
There Are No Yellow Lines In The Parking Lot To Define Parking Spaces. People Park In The Middle Of Two Spaces. You Multiply That By Four Or Five Cars And Parking Spaces Are Reduced In Half. Parking Lot Needs To Have Those Dividing Lines Painted.
Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Grounds are well kept and clean. Buildings are spaced out.
