Value for the Money

I'm unsatisfied due to the following reasons: Safety Issues (Front door very old & ancient doesn't lock & can be pulled open) (Back Door also outdated w/windows that can be broken easily giving criminals access to the bldg.) There's a brick at the back door also, (which was put there after new resident's moved in & tore it off the hinges)but, it should've been replaced in my opinion & the other resident's agree also. The hot water constantly goes out, the Air Conditioner doesn't cool the apt.
The staff is always very courteous. Requests for maintenance are handled promptly and competently.
The walls are paper thin here. The lady who lives under me likes to listen to her tv on full blast and the walls are so thin that I can feel the vibrations on the floor coming from her tv. Nothing in here is up to date for the price you guys are asking for after the special. I feel they are average apartments. The area is nice and the apartments are decent. The staff is cool and the maintenance people are really on fixing stuff however stuff breaks way too much and is cheaply
please, activate more laws to control the resident loud noise.
