I've lived in the Harbours for a year, going on two and I am very happy with the complex. Enough to leave a review about it. It is a safe, quiet neighborhood with spacious apartments and a lot of natural light. The lake outside my window has a lot of animal life and makes me feel like I'm on vacation listening to ducks, seagulls, and finches when I relax on my balcony. There is a swan that makes a nest every spring. Sunsets are beautiful and the pools are big, clean, and never overcrowded. Maintenance is always prompt, whenever I've had any sort of emergency they were at my door in less than 5 minutes regardless of the time of day. My neighbors are all very quiet and respectful except for some younger kids a couple units down. Pleasant and helpful staff and great amenities. The grounds are always landscaped and maintained beautifully and there are security cars that drive around the lots at night so I've never had any worries or issues with my car being broken into. I think the prices are fair for what you get, with heat/water included with rent and a full size washer and dryer in unit. I have and will recommend this place to anybody looking for somewhere in the area.
If you're OK with a high density apartment complex this is a great choice. Nice floor plans and very good prices.
Lots of amenities, well-kept and clean grounds, access to clubhouse, private entrance, pet-friendly community, helpful and pleasant staff, safe neighborhood
Great place to live
Only thing is the community needs an area for children. Example baseball feild, jungle gym, etc.
