These contemporary apartments offer a variety of floor plans including a two bedroom with two baths, full-size washer and dryer, cathedral ceiling and distinctive half-round window above the balcony door. All apartments feature open floor plans in front-to-back layouts, meaning you have windows on either end of your apartment. End-style apartments have up to three additional windows and an enlarged living room. The European-style kitchens of these stylish apartments are popular with residents. Each includes a breakfast bar for grabbing a quick bite and dishwasher for your convenience.

This is by far the best apartment living I have run across in the many years I have rented. The apartments are kept up,as well as the grounds. I am glad spring is coming as I will have my beautiful view back as the grass turns green and the trees get their leaves. Any time I have run into someone who has lived here before they give pine knoll apartments high marks. *Maintenance personel are top notch and the 24 hour emergency coverage really gives me peace of mind.Office personnel are great.
Overall, Pine Knoll is a great place to live. I lived there for one year, and had few bad experiences. When my appliances would break, they'd bring me brand new, never used, still have the stickers on them appliances. When we moved in, the shelf they had given me didn't fit the fridge in the apartment, so they brought me a brand new one!
Good price for quality of space. Apartments are nice on the inside. I've had normal problems with my apartment, such as toilet running, leaky sink with garbage disposal use, and heater was not working properly at first when it started getting cold. However, the staff was always prompt with my service requests getting everything taken care of next day. Additionally, they would leave the place as they found it with a note letting me know the status of the service request.
Overall, apartments are nice, kept up. So is the grounds. Responsive to maintenance issues. Helpful office and maintenance staff. Construction wise, walls are thin and can easily hear neighbors from either side and even apartments below. Snow removal is OK, but not always on top of it when it snows. Small number of overhang parking, there are waiting lists to get covered parking. Why not add covered parking if there is a demand for it?
Need to be environmentally friendly by adding recycling trash collection.
