I've been a resident of Knollwood from 2012 and I wholeheartedly recommend it: 1. The apartments are in the sweet spot where it is both reasonably priced and includes amenities such as in-house washer/dryer and covered parking. 2. The 2-bedroom 2-bath plan is perfect for living with a roommate and for couples who host friends/ family. 3. The maintenance staff is great Few suggestions: 1. Excellent service. Very responsive to all of our needs and phone-calls. Usually our issues were fixed on the same day. Rent was reasonable. Environment was kept groomed and maintained.

I have been a resident at Knollwood for over 2 years and have always been happy with the property. It is well managed and well kept. Maintenance calls are taken care of immediately. The location is great and the rent is more than fair considering the amenities, location, service and quality of apartments.

What is a Certified ResidentCertified Resident Review?

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.

Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
