Great location , clean , friendly staff and neighbors
It's a good clean community to live in with calm atmosphere. Maintenance requests are taken care on the same day without any delay.
I love the location being close to OU, right down the road from Rochester and easy access to M59 & I75. Ken in the office is amazing! He responds almost instantly and is always around working to make Knollwood even nicer.
I love the location, love the design, love how clean it is and most importantly I love our super helpful and responsive manager!
Everything about Knollwood is perfect. The location, the staff, the price is reasonable, the units are clean and very spacious. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. If I didn't have to move because of my job I wouldn't have ever left.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
