This is a beautiful place to live .. right off 93 but still so quiet and peaceful. It's location is among the woods!! The office team is so friendly and accommodating, and the grounds are well maintained and clean.
When I moved to Avalon from out of state,I was a single mother and did not know anyone.I was welcomed with friendly smiling faces and warming hearts. Going into my fourth year as a tenant,I feel safe and content with my new friends/family.
Great extremely quiet community that is always well kept no matter what time of year. For the price and easy access to public transportation and highways you simply couldn't ask for a better deal
From the initial meeting with the leasing staff to the overall cleanliness of the apartment and grounds, I have found Avalon Oaks to be a great experience overall. Snow removal was the best! Brush off my car and move to an already cleaned out parking spot immediately following every storm we've had. Great maintenance crew.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
