My choice to move from a house to an apartment was a wise decision. The experience living at Gables University Station Residential Facility has been exceptionally satisfying. The location is perfect and the amenities, such as work-out room, pool, entertainment areas, etc, as well as the convenience of the train station across the street and many stores and restaurants within walking distance. I would also like to state that the maintenance has been exceptional. I have been here a month and look forward to making it long term.
Our experience was wonderful . Everyone made us feel like we lived there always .
I think The Gables is a great place to live. The apartment is extremely functional and I enjoy being in it. The grounds and interior portion of common areas are kept up on a daily basis and I am proud to say I live here.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
