I have sold my condo in Waltham to downsize and simplify my life. I now live in a one bedroom apartment very close to work and shopping that has made my last few years working in the Boston area simple and convenient.
I have been here only a week, and am very happy with my decision to rent in Avalon Bear Hill.
I am recently divorced and have a high pressure job. I come home to relax, but I also want people around who are friendly. The grounds are appealing for walking my dog and people are more apt to extend a hearty hello than not. The views of sunset and sundown are breath-taking from my apartment.
Avalon Bear Hill has been an excellent living experience for me. So much so that when I returned to the area, I rented here again. The units are well maintained, and have all the amenities that I look for in a community. Bear Hill has the feel of a condominium community with garage units leading directly to your unit, so I don't feel like I'm living in an apartment complex. This Winter created problems for everybody in New England. The maintenance and construction crew is top notch, efficient and fast. I am a seasonal renter here and I will be back again, and again. What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
