I'm pleased to live at the Avalon blue hills Canton, it's a beautiful place to live with excellent amenities and wonderful staff.
So glad I picked this place! They were very helpful with the moving in process. The area is very well kept and the leasing office is really nice and respectful. But best of all, the place is very nice and gorgeous. Love my new place!
My family and I loved the place as well as the community. It is family friendly place with a lot of kids playing in the street. Overall is a nice and quiet place, which I would recommend for people searching for a place where they can rest close to the blue hills reservation. The only concern for some people would be the fact that it is a route for air planes landing at the Logan airport, but isn't a concern for me.
Avalon Canton is a beautiful living community with great amenities. I love the cleanliness of the grounds, and the modern feel of the weight room and pool areas. Tiara in the office is extremely friendly and made the move-in process enjoyable.
I just recently moved in but I have been pleased with my experience so far. I can hardly tell I have neighbors. The common areas such as pool, fitness center, and lounge area have been clean anytime I have used them. I also like the service of the office holding larger ups packages and emailing upon arrival.

Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
