I've had a wonderful experience at eaves Quincy. Living alone as a young adult has made me realize how important it is to have safe and responsive living community. The staff and tenants were very welcoming and my apartment was in great condition for move-in. The facilities are maintained and help is accessible for any issues I may have. Also, I love seeing all the cute dogs of other tenants! I'm very pleased to call eaves my home and would strongly recommend it to any of my friends!
I was nervous moving to an unfamiliar city on my own but when the superstars in the leasing office said, welcome home, it really fit the bill. I couldn't find a better place if I tried. I love how clean and well taken care of everything is and I can't wait to spend my first summer here.
I have had a wonderful experience thus far at eaves Avalon. From the beginning, my experience with the leasing staff and maintenance have been top-notch. I feel as if I am a valued member of the living community.
As a new tenant, I have greatly enjoyed my move-in and orientation experience. The leasing office was more than willing to answer all of my questions and have been very friendly. I look forward to living in this community for the next year and hopefully longer.
We love the location and great view of the blue hill, the building is quiet and very well maintained. It's a great place to live.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
