I was very pleased with the location, apartment floorplans, amenities and condition of my apartment when I moved in. I had only seen the outside of the property at Pinehills on a quick relocation visit 2 months before I moved in. Due to time constraints on that visit, I could not see the apartments firsthand. I had only looked at floorplans online before renting a 2 bedroom unit. Based on looking at the layout on the website, I was very very pleased with my current unit when I actually saw it in person. It gives me far more room (size wise & closet space) than seen on the website--the floorplan is excellent for me. Staff provided excellent service both pre-leasing and post move in. I am very happy I chose Avalon at Pinehills.
Move in was a breeze. They had the unit ready to move in the day after I signed the lease. Great neighborhood amenities. Excellent location for commuting to Boston, right off the highway.
I am a now nearly a career resident with Avalon, having lived in another Avalon building in D.C. I am treated with care and respect and because Avalon is in the business of apartment rentals, I don't fear that I will lose my home because the building has turned condo. I think that the respect shown by the company and staff results in the residents taking ownership of where we live and that makes for a sense of community and trust.
I absolutely love my new apartment. I am leasing a one-bedroom loft and it is HUGE! I have so much space-it's like living in a house. I am a one minute walk to the Market and have already tracked out a walking route for excercise. My neighbors are super friendly and it takes just four minutes to drive to work.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
