It's really a beautiful place to call home, everything is so convenient, the highway, the Natick Mall,movie theater, etc.
absolutely awesone to come home to a great place
I have lived at the Natick Avalon for a little under a month, and this was and is the best apartment in the Natick/Framingham area. It is on the higher end for rent, but well worth it for what you get at the community. The residents I have met so far as very friendly, with everyone saying hello, or small talk in the elevator. I don't have a pet but for those that do this place is a dogs heaven. This place is very very pet friendly, with a dedicated dog park. The folks in the leasing office have been extremely helpful, even going the extra mile by helping me to my car with 6+ deliveries I received. A+ all around !!
One of the best Avalon communities we have lived in. Couldn't be happier. If you are loooking for a stress free, nice community and extremely professional staff do not hessitate to live here. My family loves it.
Great views, very clean, quiet neighbors, top not appliances, ease of parking, walk anywhere and hit a store or State Park, and just in general a great place to be. What else could I say?
