Avalon at Lexington is a wonderful place for families in all stages of life. Our particular family includes two young children, and it is wonderful to see them connect and play with other children of similar ages. My wife and I have have wonderful neighbors, and we have made good friends while living here. Our interaction with the management office is always professional and respectful, and they always take the time to address our concerns and needs. The maintenance staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. I am extremely satisfied with all that Avalon at Lexington offers and very happy with our experience thus far.
We moved to Avalon at Lexington recently. We like it here. The apartment is very spacious, quite community, the office team are very good. The maintanence team are fast and respond quickly to the complaints. I would recommend anyone to this community.
We had a difficult move from out of state, but the people at our Avalon leasing office made everything easy for us for a smooth transition on this end. They have been so helpful and always pleasant. Our apartment is great, it's large and clean, and the free commuter shuttle is fantastic!
Management staff are very friendly and dedicated to making things smoove for the residents. I appreciate the way that they never failed to follow up with me on things even before I became a resident! Now that I live in the community I still get the same service. It's a great feeling! :-)
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
