Great amenities, great location, very well maintained
South of Boston living at it's BEST. Community-based engagements and activities for single and or families alike. Too many amenities to mention but to be on everyone's short list for short or long term leases.
I wouls recommend Avalon Shipyard to any person or person's looking for time well spent!
So far everything has been terrific
Living here at the Avalon Shipyard has been, thus far, like being on vacation where I live on a daily basis. The apartments are luxurious, new and very clean. The extra attention to detail both in the Units themselves as well as the outdoor grounds is second to none and my entire experience has far exceeded my expectations of apartment living. Living here has been convenient, easy, relaxing and enjoyable.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
From Boston Take I-93 S to Exit 12, toward Rt-3A S/Neponset/Quincy. Bear right onto Gallivan Blvd/MA 203 East. Take a slight right onto Neponset Ave./MA-3A S. After the Neponset Bridge, Neponset becomes Hancock St./MA-3A. Turn left onto Washington St./MA-3A S. Enter the rotary and take the 2nd exit to keep on MA-3A S. This becomes Lincoln St. Avalon at the Hingham Shipyard will be on the left on Shipyard Drive.
From Points West Take I-95/MA-128 S toward Dedham/Braintree. Merge onto I-93 N/US-1 N via Exit 12 on the left toward Braintree/Boston. Take Exit 7 (Rt-3) toward Cape Cod. Take the Washington St. (Exit 18) toward Quincy Center/T Station. Merge onto the Burgin Parkway. Take a slight right at Granite St, then left onto Hancock St. Turn left to stay on Hancock St. Turn right at Washington St./Rt-3A S and go 1.6 miles to the rotary. Enter the rotary and take the 2nd exit to keep on MA-3A S. This becomes Lincoln St. Avalon at the Hingham Shipyard will be on the left on Shipyard Drive.
