Fast easy service sent an email one day the next day they were at my apartment getting the work done in the time window i gave them. I am super happy and satisfied with everything Georgetown has done for me always assisting me with all my needs and always giving me 100% customer service ! they really care about their residents and im super happy to be able to live here if i ever have an issue i know i can count on the management staff to help me. I recommend this place to everyone i know that is looking for a new place and wants to live in a nice peaceful place where you are taken care of !!!
I feel safe and comfortable here. Access is to the hallways is not easy for a non-resident and the staff keeps up up-to-date on any security issues. While I'm toasty warm in the winter, I live for the summer months at the pool where I can tiptoe to the pool from my apartment. Repairs are handled promptly. Also, I really appreciate the concierge service as I shop online and stay away from the mall. The staff in the office are very friendly and professional.

I have been at Georgetown for 7 months and I have nothing bad to say. The apartment itself is great and comfortable and I've had no issues. As far as maintenance, these gentlemen go beyond the call of duty in keeping the grounds and the buildings clean.
I am elated to be a part of the Georgetown Community. It is the perfect environment for both me, and my pet! Plenty of space, friendly neighbors and staff, and a strong sense of community!

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
