Avalon is a wonderful community and environment. The leasing staff are the best. The staff are professional. They aim to please and make the residence happy. I am very satisfied and happy to be a resident at Avalon station 250. I can only look forward to happpier days to come. Avalon station 250 you ROCK!.
This Avalon building is perfect for our needs - an unintended benefit of our relocation experience: we moved here temporarily while looking for a house to buy. After a month, we decided to live here for the next year. Location can't be beat - next to a very upscale shopping/restaurant space, 5 minutes from I-95, Route 1 and the Amtrak Station. Residents look after their pets, the pool is clean, buildings well-maintained.
This has been a great move for me. The services provided in the community are noteworthy and the location has provided a tremendous impact on my daily living. The pool is an added plus and the neighbors on my floor are extremely pleasant! It's a Win-Win!
Station 250, isn't excellent choice for easy living. Not only is the location perfect with so many things around in the area that does not require you to travel, plenty of amenities and extras. The staff is always smiling and very friendly and seems to be very concerned when there's a problem. People of all ages seem to be living here. The best part is everyone seems to say hello when you walk by them. Who is never crowded plenty of seats. Excellent choice for apartment living
