The lady at the leasing office is very friendly and attentive to the customer. The community is very clean and conveniently located near the schools for kids.
Everyone in the office are very friendly and helpful. They do not forget your name and information. Very helpful to families and their children. They even delivered over a package that had been delivered a few days earlier, that I did not know about. Allowed us to come in earlier to measure where we would put our furniture!
Beautifully maintained apartment, grounds & facilities! The non-smoking rule is the main reason we moved to Avalon Cohasset! We are so glad to be in such a clean spacious apartment home!
Moving is so extremely stressful, both physically and emotionally. The leasing agents at Svalon made the whole moving experience so completely worry-free on my end. Every question I had was answered before I even had time to ask it, and the entire community was so welcoming, I truly felt I was at home as soon as I moved in.
