I absolutely love Avalon. Perfect living community for my fianc�, dog & I. The amenities are rich in excellence as well. I love that it is pet friendly. I live in a beautiful terrace apartment with a small back yard. So spacey & comfortable.lounge & pool area is gorgeous & there's free wifi. Very convenient for my student friendly life. Maintenance is always available & fulfills the needs of the tenant ASAP. Love it here. Phenomenal service & living!
I just recently moved in but I have been pleased with my experience so far. I can hardly tell I have neighbors. The common areas such as pool, fitness center, and lounge area have been clean anytime I have used them. I also like the service of the office holding larger ups packages and emailing upon arrival.
My family and I had a positive experience from our first visit to the leasing office to our move in day. The Avalon Canton at Blue Hills Team is very professional and they are always available to assist. We absolutely love our new unit and we are happy to be members of the Avalon community.
My family and I loved the place as well as the community. It is family friendly place with a lot of kids playing in the street. Overall is a nice and quiet place, which I would recommend for people searching for a place where they can rest close to the blue hills reservation. The only concern for some people would be the fact that it is a route for air planes landing at the Logan airport, but isn't a concern for me.
