Avalon North Point Lofts is in the ideal location. You can walk in one direction and quickly be in the thick of downtown Boston. You can walk in the opposite direction over a beautiful walking bridge and enjoy the quietness of Charlestown. North Point Park is amazingly landscaped and wonderful for dogs.
I'm happy with my unit; I have zero negative commentary at this time. I couldn't be happier; I'm close to everything in a space that is as stylish as it is convenient. IF you're thinking about moving here, stop, and do it! No regrets!
Dream come true! I moved from Texas and was fortunate to come straight from the airport to my new home. The team at Avalon was attentive in every way possible, making my move unbelievably hassle-free and smooth. My unit is everything I've wanted in accordance to aesthetics and the community delivers amenities that you won't easily find elsewhere. Again, the team of professionals are the true stars; they welcomed me from the stars and have gone out of their way to ensure all is not well, but they make sure all is perfect! I've never received such a great caliber of hospitality not even high ranked hotels. If you're thinking about moving here, don't think about it twice! Act now; I'm so happy with my decision. You're in walking distance to shops, restaurants, transportation and downtown Boston; you won't find a better deal!
Avalon changed my viewpoint about a rented apartment. Having lived in a rented apartment for the past 6 years in two different states, I have been encountered by a lot of troubles and disatisfactions such as noisy neighbors, old equipment, dangerous environment, insufficient parking, bad maintenance service, etc. However Avalon is very different. The first benine impression started from the benign leasing professional, and while having a tour, I realized I should move in. All maintenances are enforced for 24 hours, most of utilities are installed recently, and most importantly, very secure. I would recommend Avalon to the acquaintances definitely.
I firstly chose Avalon North Point Lofts because of its convenient location, it's minutes walk away from the train station and shopping center. The office team, especially Angela, has been extremely friendly and helpful all the way along move-in process. The whole experience was wonderful, I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys modern, efficient, and quiet living style.

From South of Boston Take 93N towards Boston to exit 26 toward Storrow Drive. Keep left at the fork and follow signs for MA-28 N/Leverett Cir/N Station. Turn right onto Leighton Street. From North of Boston Take I-93 South to Exit 26 (Storrow Dr./North Station). Follow signs for Leverett Circle/28 North. Take a left after the light towards Cambridge. Turn right onto the O'Brien Highway, Route 28 North. Then turn right onto Leighton Street. From West of Boston Take the Mass Pike I-90 East to I-93 North. Take Exit 26 off of I-93 North (Storrow Drive). On exit 26, stay left for Leverett Circle/28 North. Continue on 28 North and proceed onto 28 North, the O'Brien Highway. Turn right onto Leighton Street. Via the T (subway). Can take the Green Line to Lechmere or the Orange line to North Station or Bunker Hill Community College Station.
