There isn't a better building in Boston to live in
Troy Boston is an outstanding living community that combines great location, beautiful apartments with high-end finishes and a friendly and responsive staff and is easily one of the best places to live in the city of Boston. Their dedication to community, pet-friendliness and eco responsibility makes them a true benchmark that all other apartment buildings should strive to emulate. I wouldn't be happier living anywhere else in the city.
TROY Boston has made my transition from Texas to Massachusetts so much easier than I anticipated. Its location in the South End couldn't be more perfect, as I am close to every part of Boston (the amazing sky lounge views show this). The community is warm, welcoming and I'm so happy to be here.
Troy is perfectly located if one wants to live in the city with quick access to the ever growing Seaport/Fort Point Channel/South Boston area With Whole Foods, new restaurants coming on line often and great amentities (work out, penthouse common space, parking, dog walking), Troy is perfect for a single person or couple. Comfort is key and Troy is comfort.
The residents are friendly and welcoming, which I wasn't expecting! It's a pleasant surprise and the management team is also very responsive and approachable.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
