Fun atmosphere, great people, best location and overall great place to live
I just moved in to AVA Back Bay, and for me, this is an ideal living situation. I knew I wanted to live alone after years of roommates, but I also wanted a living community that was near downtown, transportation, would allow pets and would help me get to know people in a new city. AVA Back Bay is in an ideal location, close to my work with transportation so close by, and the building offers community events and an open environment to get to know neighbors. I was ecstatic when I found out I got the apartment, and as I have just moved in, I could not be happier about where I get to live!
The apartment is centrally located and has a wonderful management staff. Nothing can beat the price and convenience of this property

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

From the Mass. Pike (1-90): Take Exit 22. Follow signs for Copley Square. Turn left onto Dartmouth Street, then left onto Huntington Avenue. Turn right under glass bridge onto East Ring Road (Star Market will be on your right). Look for the entrance to the 770 Boylston Street building on the right after Star Market. The Leasing Center is in the 770 Boylston building.
From Boylston Street: Go past Hynes Convention Center/Prudential Center Mall. Take a right onto East Ring Road immediately before Lord & Taylor onto Ring Road. Take a left into the 770 Boylston building parking area. The Leasing Center is in the 770 Boylston building.
Via the T (subway) Take the Green Line to the Copley stop. Walk up Boylston Street towards the Boston Public Library. Proceed past the Lennox Hotel taking your first left onto Ring Road. Take a left at the plaza level entrance to the 770 Boylston Street building. The leasing office entrance is located at the plaza level of the building directly behind Lord & Taylor.
