Avalon AVA is a perfect residential community in the heart of back bay Boston. The facility is magnificent and the AVA team makes the downtown living experience amazing from the time you apply for your home and beyond.
AVA Back Bay is a great building in an unbeatable location. You are surrounded by restaurants, shops and services in the heart of Back Bay in Boston. The staff (concierge, leasing office, etc.) are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments are very spacious and the building has all the amenities you could want.
The apartment is centrally located and has a wonderful management staff. Nothing can beat the price and convenience of this property
We think that it is a very good apartment. This apartment is close to a station and the shopping center. I recommend it for the person who works in a single because there is a concierge.

From the Mass. Pike (1-90) Take Exit 22. Follow signs for Copley Square. Turn left onto Dartmouth Street, then left onto Huntington Avenue. Turn right under glass bridge onto East Ring Road. Look for the entrance to the Boylston/Fairfield Buildings on your left. The Leasing Center is in the AVA Building on the mall shopping level.
From Boylston Street Go past Hynes Convention Center/Prudential Center Mall. Take a right onto East Ring Road immediately before Lord & Taylor onto Ring Road. Take your second right into the Boylston/Fairfield parking area. The Leasing Center is in the AVA Building on the mall shopping level.
Via the T (subway) Take the Green Line to the Copley stop.
