The staff here are great! I've been in this development for 4 years. Sometimes maintenance will see me taking my trash out and will just grab it and take it to the dumpster for me to save me the walk. Staff is always friendly. Very nice family oriented community!
We chose Cedar Gardens because of their acceptance of pets. The dog park is excellent (although the grass could be maintained more consistently.)
The building is always clean , the apartments are spacious , and the management & maintenance team are great .
Cedar Gardens is awesome! if there is a problem, they fix it. If there's a noise complaint, they send a letter to the whole building for them to be considerate. They are just awesome. They work with you as long as you keep them afloat. I definitely will recommend this community to anyone!
The maintenance issues are handled timely; the grounds are well maintained, garbage is picked up two to three times a week. My apartment is clean and spacious. I like all of the greenery.
